What is the World Taekwondo Rankings?
World Taekwondo's official world ranking, published by weight category for men and women from points earned at graded events — the Olympic Games, the World Championships, Grand Prix and Grand Slam series, and continental championships.[1]

Olympic and non-Olympic weight categories, plus junior and para-taekwondo rankings, each on a rolling window.[1] [2]
Why does it matter?
Because seeding at the world championships is taken from the October ranking, entry to the Grand Prix series is ranking-limited, and Olympic qualification runs largely through the list — so a taekwondo ranking is an operative document, not a commentary.[1] [2]
