What is USA Pickleball?
USA Pickleball is the national governing body of pickleball in the United States — successor to the USAPA founded in 1984 and reorganized in 2005 — with more than 100,000 members, the sport's official rulebook, and its national championship structure.[1] [2]

The official rules (revised annually); sanctioning of tournaments nationwide; equipment testing and certification — every approved paddle and ball carries its stamp; referee and line-judge certification; and the National Championships, entered through the coast-to-coast Golden Ticket qualifier series, with DUPR its official rating system.[2] [3]
