What is OpenPowerlifting?
OpenPowerlifting is an open, volunteer-maintained archive of powerlifting results — millions of individual lifts, drawn from dozens of federations worldwide and published under a free licence, downloadable in bulk by anyone.[1]
What does it cover?
Meet results across the drug-tested and untested federations alike, with squat, bench press and deadlift attempts, bodyweight, and normalised scores such as Dots and Wilks that allow comparison across weight classes.[1] [2]
Why does it matter?
Because powerlifting is governed by many competing federations rather than one, so no single official body holds the whole record. OpenPowerlifting is the only place a lifter's results across federations can be seen together — with the important caveat that inclusion implies no verification of drug-testing status.[1] [2]
